Lunch Program


All students normally eat lunches in their classrooms in their regularly assigned desks and are expected to go outside at recess. The INDUS SCHOOL COUNCIL provides a hot lunch for students and staff members usually twice a month at a minimal cost.

We are NUT AWARE: no nuts or peanuts in the school, please!

Students in grades 4 through 9 have access, on a rotating schedule, to microwave ovens. Please adhere to the schedule and rules for your child’s classroom.

Hot Lunch Program

Online registration is available:

  1. Please log on to this site to register your children. You will need the following code when you register for the first time this year: IS2011HL.
  2. Fill in the form and click on “register now.”
  3. Payment: Please send cash or a cheque to the school made out to Indus School Council.

A paper copy of the Hot Lunch form is available at the office.
